The Joint Graduation Ceremony of the 33rd Session of the Overseas Youth Vocational Training School (OYVTS) took place at TransWorld University with the presence of more than 3300 graduates from 23 various academic Programs among 13 Universities and their parents going abroad from Malaysia and Southeast Asia. This commencement was presided by Minister Chen, Shyh-kwei of Overseas Community Affairs Council and organized by President Shu-Hsiang Hsu of TransWorld University. The two-year diploma program is to provide overseas Chinese youth with the manufacturing techniques and practical knowledge they need to start businesses in trade, agriculture, and others, to promote prosperity in their mother countries.
