The inauguration ceremony for Professor Chen I-Hsing, Ph.D. Degree from National Taiwan Normal University and former Administrative Deputy Minister and Political Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education, was held on TWU campus on August 1, 2016. President Chen I-hsing was sworn in at the ceremony with the supervision by Chairperson of Trustee Board Hsu Shu-Min, in which TWU Acting President Lin San-Li handed over the official seal to Chen.
